I took Sara up to meet Rosie, Moonkhan, and Rachie last night. It was nice to see them all hit it off, which meant Paul and I could spend extra time talking about computers, transformers, and the A Team 🙂

Rant
I was sitting in IS 442 (a Sr. level computer class) when the teacher whips out a 486 computer and tells everyone in the class who doesn’t know what a CPU looks like to come up to the front of the class. All but 5 went up! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!?!? I’m gonna have to work with some of these shmucks someday?!?
Cleveland State
What a kick ass time! About a dozen brothers from Alpha Theta chapter visited the Sig Taus at Cleveland State for their annual toga party. Just imagine 200 college kids in togas …
Damn Banks
Standard Federal has been getting on my nerves lately so I have decided to switch to a different bank. I think I’ve found a good bank in Key Bank. They let you trade, bank, and plan all from one web interface. This is especially attractive to those of use who have 401k’s, stocks, mutual funds, savings, and checking accounts at 10 bazillion different companies.
GO SIG TAU!
I’ve got great news – most won’t care – about my fraternity. We are in good standing with National, have 5 signed bids (more to come), and are FINALLY setting up some socials! It’s a good year to be a Sig Tau indeed!
Great quote.
In an article on CNN.com European Commission President Romano Prodi had this to say in support: “In the darkest days of European history, America stood close by us and today we stand close by America.” This not only sends the feeling of a warm hand on the back of America, but ignites profound pride in my country and everything it stands for (not to mention the Greatest Generation to ever live).
Summation
Here is a comment from an Aussie about the recent terrorist attack against the US. I’m glad to know that others feel, as I do, outside of the country.
OMG
As most of you know the World Trade Center is no more, thanks to some coward. I don’t even know what to say in response. Here are some interesting links: Teleban hacked, Palestinians happy (for now), and a news site that is up.
Introducing Crash
I finally got around to getting a cat to keep me company. Actually, right now I have two cats right now (one is for a friend). You can check out Crash (short for Crash Override) here. The other one doesn’t have a name and wasn’t brave enough to come out and play.
Not again!
I was slashdotted not once, but twice today.
