Maybe I’m the only one who cares what is being done with my money. I don’t think we’re any safer now than we were before 9/11. If anything we poked the hornets nest when we invaded Iraq. Because of federal pork laws every state and city gets a fair share of the terrorism money pie. That means Ypsilanti, MI spends money on hazmat suits, while NYC is scraping by. It’s insane.

I suppose if you’re a devout (insert some organized Christian sect) it makes sense to vote for Bush. Of course, if that’s the case, you might be doing more harm than good.

Well written Mark.

I tend to vote republican (most of the time) but it is definately getting scarier and scarier to see the democrats being more fiscally conservative then the repubs.

To bad we will never see a non repub./demo. president. It might make for a nice change.

I have never seen Bush as a fiscally conservative President and frankly, I am not sure who among the people that voted for him did. Nothing about the man says penny-pinching so if people voted for him to handle anything except social issues… well, you probably should have stuck with — anyone else.

He was the President of the United States of America, the most powerful man in america, he could have had any girl. Why that fatty? He should have been impeached just on the fact she was a cow.
